Other Park Facilities

Rental requests for all other park facilities open 7 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2026.

• Visit the Parks and Recreation Registration site to browse facility options
• Enter desired date and start time within the left-hand navigation bar. Start times for large facilities must be either 8 a.m. or 4 p.m.
• View availability.

Options: Half day: 8 a.m.–3 p.m. or 4–10 p.m.; Full day: 8 a.m.–10 p.m.

• If the facility is available, follow the link in the pop-up message.
• Find the "Submit Large-Facility Request" form. Complete the Google Form and a staff member will follow up with you regarding your request.

• The City requires a 72-hour notice prior to your requested date in order to process a rental.
• The Staring Lake Park Pavilion is available as an add-on to the Staring Lake Park Building, but it is not available as a stand-alone rental.
• The City of Eden Prairie reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation at any time. Rentals need to meet any physical distancing and other guidelines in place at the time of the rental. Therefore, the renter assumes any risk with any deposits paid to vendors for their event.
• All requests are processed in the order they are received. You will be contacted by email when your application is next in line. If you are not available, please return the email within two hours, or the requested time slot may be made available to other potential renters.
• Half-day rentals are allowed at large park facilities and are available from 8 a.m.–3 p.m. or 4–10 p.m.
• A Large Group Permit is required for groups of 20 or more people – The fee for this permit is $50. If your group has 40 or more people, you will need to rent a park facility
