The City of Eden Prairie offers rental facilities available for every occasion, from intimate meetings to special gatherings.

Rental spaces at the Community Center can accommodate groups from 10 to 80. Spaces are available to rent on an hourly basis with a 2-hour minimum reservation. Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility and additional amenities vary per room. Click the name of the room below for more information.

Room 112 is a versatile space located in the Aquatics Center side of the Community Center that can accommodate 20–24 auditorium-style, 16–20 classroom-style, 18 boardroom-style or 12–14 in a horseshoe arrangement.

A built-in A/V system is included in the rental fee. A/V system includes projector with a VGA or HDMI connection, pull-down projector screen and wireless internet. Laptop/computer not provided.

Eden Prairie Business or Resident: $55
Non-Resident or Non-Eden Prairie Based Group: $70

*Fees are per hour and require a 2-hour minimum, tax not included
