The City of Eden Prairie offers rental facilities available for every occasion, from intimate meetings to special gatherings.

Rental spaces at the Community Center can accommodate groups from 10 to 80. Spaces are available to rent on an hourly basis with a 2-hour minimum reservation. Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility and additional amenities vary per room. Click the name of the room below for more information.

The Lounge is a versatile space located on the main level that can accommodate 30 auditorium-style, 20 classroom-style, or 15-20 in a boardroom or horseshoe arrangement. There is an option to use 5-foot round tables in place of the rectangular tables. A built-in TV can play DVDs or user groups can bring in laptops to connect to the TV with an HDMI connection. A portable projector and screen are available upon request.

*Fees are per hour and require a 2-hour minimum, tax not included
