Last Friday, Officer Karleigh Johnson joined officers from other law enforcement agencies in visiting Options Inc., a private nonprofit organization that provides life skills, growth and ongoing services to those with developmental disabilities so they can participate fully in their community.

The participants learned about law enforcement and got a chance to check out the department’s Tesla squad car.

Prior to joining the Eden Prairie Police Department, Officer Johnson worked at Options supporting individuals with disabilities and she was happy to return for a visit!
