Today is National Support Services/Receptionist Day and we’re happy to give a shout-out to our two amazing front desk staff, Paula Rylander and Linda Schlampp.

Paula and Linda are the first two people you see when you come to the Police Department. They triage phone calls and in-person customers who have a range of requests – everything from a solicitor license to bringing in a lost dog. Collectively they average 1,400 calls per month.

They have a wealth of knowledge about Eden Prairie and if they don’t have an answer to your question, they will point you in the right direction.

We are grateful to Paula and Linda for their service to the department and the community. They are valued members of our team and we appreciate them today and every day!
