Beginning today, anyone who is subscribed to receive City News via text message will be notified from 866-714-0490 instead of 468311.

This change is a result of an upgrade to the messaging infrastructure. Email subscriptions will not be affected and will continue to be sent from “Eden Prairie City News.”
