Residents Recognized for Service on City Commissions

**Student City Commission members with City Council members and EP Schools superintendent at 2025 Board and Commissions Banquet**

The City recently recognized board and commission members for their volunteer service that helps make our community such a great place to live.

The City Council appoints commission members each year, with recruitment beginning in January and new commission terms beginning in April. Terms are typically three years and term end dates are staggered to ensure continuity. Student commission member recruitment occurs each spring with one-year terms from September through May of the following school year.
