For the 13th year in a row, the City of Eden Prairie has been recognized among "The Minnesota Star Tribune" Top Workplaces.

The recognition highlights organizations whose employee survey results exceed national workplace benchmarks and demonstrate strong workplace culture, employee engagement and leadership.

City Manager Rick Getschow said the honor reflects the City's commitment to fostering a workplace where employees feel valued, supported and empowered to do their best work.

"I am proud to work alongside some of the best employees in the state,” Getschow said. "Being recognized as a Top Workplace for the 13th consecutive year reflects the City’s dedication to serving Eden Prairie and delivering exceptional service every day."
