e-Bike Safety Reminders

Keep the following rules and regulations in mind when operating e-Bikes this summer. Learn more at edenprairie.org/BikeSafety.

  • Minnesota state law prohibits anyone under 15 years of age from operating e-Bikes
  • All riders must give an audible signal on approach before passing another bicycle or pedestrian, and pass with a safe distance
  • Use safe speeds, slow down when approaching intersections, curves and hills with limited visibility

Arts in the Park

Be sure to attend Eden Prairie's largest Arts in the Park event to date from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16 at Purgatory Creek Park. More than 100 artists and vendors will be selling items such as artwork, homemade beauty products, artisan foods, unique clothing and more. Event details available at edenprairie.org/ArtsInThePark.

The City is seeking volunteers to watch booths when artists need a quick break, help families at the art project area and support load-out and take-down at the end of the day. Sign up to volunteer on your own, or get a group of friends, family or coworkers together as a team.
