Last weekend EPPD Officer Chad Streiff was honored by the Minnesota Office of Traffic Safety for his commitment to keep drunk drivers off the streets at an event recognizing the Minnesota DWI Enforcer All-Star Team.

During pre-game festivities at Sunday’s Minnesota Twins game, Officer Streiff was honored along with 70 other DWI Enforcer All-Star officers from jurisdictions across the state.

Members of the All-Star Team are selected based on the number of DWI arrests they made during the previous year. Officer Streiff made 129 arrests in 2024, the fourth highest in the metro area. In total, the DWI Enforcer All-Stars made 5,120 arrests last year.

Officer Streiff, who joined the EPPD in 2014, has been named to the All-Star Team eleven years in a row. To date in 2025 Officer Streiff has made 92 DWI arrests.
