The Eden Prairie Police Department has transferred the investigation of the Aug. 21 hit-and-run crash that injured a mother and her children to the Minnesota State Patrol.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant dashcam or home surveillance footage that could help identify the vehicle involved is encouraged to come forward by contacting the Minnesota State Patrol at 763-279-4570.

A monetary reward is being offered through the Eden Prairie Crime Prevention Fund for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible.
