Last night, residents in the Bent Creek Woods neighborhood enjoyed a night of ice cream along with police officers and firefighters.

They earned the celebration by contributing food during Eden Prairie Night to Unite last month. Their neighborhood donated 316 pounds of food to PROP Food Shelf. As part of the food drive, all parties that donated more than 200 pounds of food were entered in a drawing to win an ice cream social hosted by the Eden Prairie Police and Fire Departments.

Overall, Eden Prairie Night to Unite parties donated 9,520 pounds of food this year. Thanks to everyone who so generously contributed to helping our community!
