The Eden Prairie City Council unanimously approved the 2026 City budget and tax levy at its Dec. 2 meeting.
The 2026 City budget is $66,847,061, a 6.5% increase compared to 2025, and the property tax levy is $50,119,782, a 5.6% increase compared to 2025.
Eden Prairie’s City tax rate remains among the lowest when compared to metropolitan area suburbs, and its 2026 tax levy increase is the lowest.

Final 2026 budget documents will be available online in January.
