Last week, 25 seniors graduated from the EPPD's Citizens Academy for Seniors.

A four-week overview of the department,  the academy covered fraud case studies, crime statistics, DWIs and traffic enforcement. The drone, K-9 and SWAT teams also visited.

On the final day the participants enjoyed a graduation luncheon.

The academy is sponsored by the Eden Prairie Crime Prevention Fund.
