Yesterday Deputy Chief Chris Wood administered the oath of office to the department’s newest officer, Connor Guillemette.

Officer Guillemette was born and raised in Prior Lake. After graduating from Prior Lake High School, Officer Guillemette attended Alexandria Technical and Community College where he obtained his associates of applied science in law enforcement. Officer Guillemette then attended Minnesota State University, Mankato and obtained his Bachelor of Science in law enforcement as well as his Master of Science in criminal justice.

Officer Guillemette comes to EPPD with a combined three years of experience from the Mapleton and Eagle Lake Police Departments.  

Officer Guillemette will spend the next 3-4 months in the department’s field training program before patrolling on his own.
