Emergency Grants for Restaurants and Small Businesses
Several regional organizations are offering grants for restaurants and small businesses impacted by the federal immigration enforcement surge in the metro area.
Salt Cure Restaurant Recovery Fund
Grants ranging from $2,500 to $10,000 to help restaurants remain open and cover operational hardships are available to small, independently owned restaurants in the seven-county metro area, with the first application round open through Monday, Feb. 23.

Economic Response Fund
A statewide small business relief fund seeded with $4-million from Minnesota companies and individuals, with initial distributions expected in the coming weeks.

Southeast Asian and Immigrant/Refugee Small Business Stabilization Grant (Hmong American Partnership)
Grants of up to $5,000 for Southeast Asian and immigrant/refugee business owners with brick-and-mortar businesses are available with applications accepted until 11:59 p.m. Sunday, March 8.

Eden Prairie Lions Scholarships
The Eden Prairie Lions Club will award scholarships for high school seniors planning to enroll in a post-secondary education program in the fall semester of 2026. Applications are available at EPLions.com and also at career resource centers and from counselors at area high schools. The application deadline is Friday, April 3.
