Planning Commission Public Hearing

There is one public hearing on the Monday, March 23 Planning Commission meeting agenda for the following proposal:

Prairie Lakes Corporate Center Subdivision — The applicant is requesting to subdivide the existing parcel at 11010 Prairie Lakes Drive into two lots, with the intention to maintain ownership of the northern lot and sell the southern lot for redevelopment. There are no planned building, landscaping or parking changes with this application.

LSS Home-Matching Service

LSS Home-Matching Service pairs homeowners, aged 55 or older, with home seekers, aged 18 or older, through a trusted, in-depth matching and onboarding process. These pairs share a home, build friendship and create mutually supportive living arrangements. This personalized service is offered for a reasonable fee to maintain high standards and support participants throughout the match. Parks, Recreation and Natural Resource Updates

• As approved by the City Council at its March 3 meeting, a new cricket pitch will be constructed this spring at Flying Cloud Fields in partnership with the Minnesota Cricket Association
• The Community Center Dive Pool is closed for maintenance through Thursday, March 26.
• Trees around the Outdoor Center are being tapped throughout March, with the sap collected and boiled down into maple syrup. Learn more about it at an upcoming Saturday morning Nature Rocks Open House.
