EPPD Youth Citizens Academy
Registration is open for the Police Department’s Youth Citizens Academy. Sponsored by the Eden Prairie Crime Prevention Fund, this free, three-day course meets 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. June 15–17, and covers communications and 911, crime scene processing, DWI/mock traffic stops, Investigations, K-9s and more. Eden Prairie Players Presents: Women's One Acts+

Metro Transit Event
Metro Transit is hosting an Open Trails to the Rails event Saturday, May 9. A community bike ride will embark at 10 a.m. from 8th Avenue in downtown Hopkins to the West Lake Street Station. The ride will stop at the Louisiana Avenue Station trail access to pick up additional riders at 10:15 a.m. and there will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony from 11 a.m. to noon at the West Lake Street Station. Mother's Day POUND Fitness
Celebrate Mother's Day with a free POUND fitness class from 9 to 10 a.m. Sunday, May 10 at Staring Lake Amphitheatre. Grab your mat, bring some water and enjoy a fun (and free!) fitness experience together.
Students on Commissions Program Recruitment
The City is accepting Students on Commissions applications for the 2026-2027 school year. The program is open to any incoming high school junior or senior who lives in Eden Prairie. Students can apply to serve on one of the following commissions:
