Emerald Ash Borer in Eden Prairie

Recently, the MDA released information about two verified cases of EAB infestation east of Bryant Lake in Eden Prairie.

Ash TreeSince Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) was first discovered in Minnesota in May 2009, the City of Eden Prairie has been participating in the Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) early detection program to help slow the spread of the insect.

Recently, the MDA released information about two verified cases of EAB infestation east of Bryant Lake in Eden Prairie. The City continues to monitor ash trees on public property. Information and resources for residents are available online.
