Sarah holds certifications in personal training, corrective exercise and sports performance through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Before becoming a personal trainer, Sarah was a language arts and Spanish teacher, as well as a cross country, basketball and softball coach. As a former teacher, she knows that learning about how, when and why we exercise is just as important as actually performing the exercises.
Sarah believes that making connections to support a healthy lifestyle is essential for success; everyone needs accountability and support through a coach and team. Purposeful and intentional movement is integral to living well. Sarah’s passion is to assist in building each client’s team for a joyful commitment to health and wellness.
