TaRon has always enjoyed working out, but became more curious about how the human body operates during exercise in college. He earned a degree in exercise science at Kentucky Wesleyan College in 2013 and has been a certified personal trainer since 2014.
TaRon’s passion is working with individuals to help improve overall wellness, and has had the opportunity to work with a variety of people, from young teen athletes to special populations. He is constantly learning new ways to help heal the body through proper movement patterns and nutrition.
