Brenda has always enjoyed playing sports, exercising and focusing on health and well-being. In 2006, she earned a degree as a physical therapy assistant and worked in spinal rehabilitation for ten years.
Following her passion for fitness, Brenda became a certified personal trainer in 2015 through the National Academy of Sports Medicine so she could assist in others’ well-being and injury prevention. She enjoys combining the many facets of fitness and well-being practices to suit her clients’ needs and goals. Brenda strongly believes that your “health is your true wealth.”
