Liz has a master’s degree in biology and is a lifelong scientist, studying and researching across the country. In her journeys, she discovered a love of crystals and the energy of the natural world around us. This led her to become a certified Reiki Master, with training in Reiki I, II and Master programs.

Liz’s mantra is “love, light, oneness.” Liz sees each client as an individual with unique experiences and gifts. She is passionate about helping others in their wellness journey by sharing her mantra and gifts of energy exchange.
