Lutheran Social Services Home-Matching Service
LSS Home-Matching Service pairs homeowners, aged 55 or older, with home seekers, aged 18 or older, through a trusted, in-depth matching and onboarding process. These pairs share a home, build friendship and create mutually supportive living arrangements.
This personalized service is offered for a reasonable fee to maintain high standards and support participants throughout the match.
Program is offered in partnership with the Eden Prairie Housing Alliance.

Senior Community Services
Senior Community Services is a nonprofit organization with a mission to innovate and deliver services that meet the changing needs of older adults and their caregivers.
The HOME program provides help with indoor and outdoor chores like housekeeping, minor home repairs, painting projects, lawn mowing and snow removal.
