Arts in the Park is Eden Prairie’s annual art fair that brings together talented artists and an enthusiastic community audience for a day dedicated to art and creativity. Local artists are selected through a jury process that emphasizes artistic quality, originality and craftsmanship.

Visitors enjoy a lively festival atmosphere with live music, hands-on art activities, yard games, food trucks, beer and wine. Set in a beautiful outdoor setting, the event attracts steady foot traffic and provides an inviting environment for artists to showcase and sell their work.

Booth Fees

• Artists are required to furnish a tent with canopy
• Tents must be free-standing with pole weights; staking tents into the ground is not allowed
• The tent and all artwork should be exhibited within the booth area
• First-year artists may be provided a City tent, depending on availability, although this is not guaranteed

First-Year Artists

Apply for a "first-year" booth spot and receive a discounted fee.

To participate as an artist or maker, submit the online application below along with all requested materials. Arts in the Park is a juried event, and applications will be reviewed by a selection panel. All work must be original and created by the artist and AI-generated work is not permitted.

Applications are due 11:59 p.m. Sunday, May 31. There is no fee to apply.

Required Application Materials

The following materials must be submitted with your online application and can be uploaded within the form below.

• Completed MN Department of Revenue Operator Certificate of Compliance (Form ST19) [PDF]
• Document listing 5 artwork pieces, including a brief description and price point for each item
• 1 photo of your booth display and 5 images of your artwork for the jury review process; if selected, these images may also be used for event marketing and promotional materials.

Other Businesses/Sponsors

If you represent a business that does not sell handmade items but would like to sponsor or participate in Arts in the Park, please email ArtSubmissions@edenprairiemn.gov with your business name and contact information.

Event Information

Artist Attendance

Artists or their designated representatives must remain at their exhibit space during event hours. When available, volunteers may provide short relief breaks.

Booth Payment

If selected, artists will receive an invoice from the City of Eden Prairie via email. Booth fees must be paid in full by June 25.

Park Policies

Smoking is prohibited in all Eden Prairie parks.

Sales and Taxes

Artists retain all proceeds from the sale of their artwork and are responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable taxes. A valid Minnesota Sales Tax ID certificate must be clearly displayed in the artist’s tent.

Weather

The event takes place rain or shine, and no refunds will be issued.
