Road Closure

Valley View Road will be closed between Eden Prairie Road and Hames Way:

July 3 — 5 p.m.–midnight

July 4 — 3 p.m.–midnight

For accessible parking during road closures (with valid permit only), enter Eagle Way from Eden Prairie Road, then drive through Community Center parking lot to Valley View Road.

Free Shuttle July 4

SouthWest Transit is providing a free shuttle service between SouthWest Station (13500 Technology Drive) and Round Lake Park.

• Shuttles run continuously 3:45–11:30 p.m. with pickups and drop-offs approximately every 30 minutes; buses depart as they fill and return for additional passengers as needed
• Pickup/drop-off location on Valley View Road near Eden Prairie Road
• Shuttles are wheelchair-accessible
• Strollers, wagons and service/emotional support animals are welcome
• Shuttles break during fireworks and resume immediately afterward
• After fireworks, 6 buses will be staged on Valley View Road for return trips to SouthWest Station; due to high demand after fireworks, please plan for extra time to board shuttles

Parking

• No onsite parking at Round Lake Park
• Accessible parking for vehicles displaying a valid permit available at Round Lake Park, near tennis courts; during Valley View Road closures, enter Eagle Way from Eden Prairie Road, then drive through Community Center parking lot to Valley View Road
• Free public parking at the Community Center and Eden Prairie High School
• Free golf-cart shuttles available between Community Center front door and Round Lake Park, running continuously through the end of events

Bikes

• Free secure bike corral for non-licensed bikes at Round Lake Park
• Riding bikes and scooters (motorized and non-motorized) within Round Lake Park is not permitted during events

In the event of inclement weather, fireworks will be rescheduled to 10 p.m. Sunday, July 5 at Round Lake Park.

If rescheduling is necessary, information will be posted to edenprairiemn.gov/Updates no later than 8:30 p.m. July 4, and shared via email and social media. An announcement will also be made at the event.
