Project Summary

The City is connecting existing sections of Magnolia Trail near Columbine Road and Garden Trail to improve neighborhood connectivity, walkability and school bus stop safety. The project will also improve stormwater management and increase fire hydrant flow rates and overall system reliability.

Timeline

Construction is expected to begin in spring 2026 and be completed by fall 2026.
