Project Summary

The City is rehabilitating the sanitary sewer lift station at 8491 Red Oak Drive to maintain reliable sewer service.

A portion of Red Oak Drive will be closed during construction.

Work includes:

• Rehabilitation of the underground concrete pumping structure, including roadway excavation, pipe installation and concrete repairs.
• Replacement of the lift station control panel located within the public right-of-way. 
• Installation of a temporary bypass pumping system to maintain sewer service during construction.

Residents will notice above-ground pipes, temporary pumping equipment and periodic construction activity in the area. 

Timeline

Work is expected to begin June 10 and be completed in mid-July.
