Project Summary

The City is rehabilitating approximately 3,700 feet of aging watermain in two areas this summer: 

• Quebec Circle, Vancouver Road, Ontario Boulevard and Manitoba Road 
• Along Flying Cloud Drive between Regional Center Drive and Prairie Center Drive

Crews will use a cured-in-place pipe repair method, a trenchless rehabilitation process that reduces disturbance to adjacent properties compared to traditional open-cut pipe replacement.

Temporary closures and detours may occur in both areas during construction.

Timeline

Construction is anticipated to begin in summer 2026 and be completed by early fall 2026.
