Encourage them to enter the League of Minnesota Cities ‘Mayor for a Day’ Essay Contest so they can share their thoughts on how to make our community a better place!

How to Enter

• Write a 125 to 300-word essay answering the prompt: "What would you do if you were mayor for a day?"
• Submit the essay online, by US Mail [PDF] or by emailing MayorForADay@lmc.org
• The submission deadline is Friday, Dec.12

Winners will be notified via email in early January.
