Performance Measurement Dashboard

Eden Prairie's Performance Measurement Dashboard is an interactive data visualization tool that tracks the City's performance and progress toward six goal areas, including Community Well-Being and Safety, Economic Vitality, High-Quality Efficient Services, Innovative and Sustainable Practices, Preserved and Beautiful Environment and Sense of Community. May is National Bike Month

Celebrate National Bike Month by joining the City and Commuter Services Thursday, May 15 for a special Bike Month Celebration from 4–6 p.m. at Round Lake Park. Learn more about bike month and other ways to celebrate.

Free Mother's Day POUND Fitness Class

Bring your mom, grandma and kids to a special POUND fitness class celebrating Mother's Day, from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday, May 11 at Staring Lake Amphitheatre (14800 Pioneer Trail). This free class is best suited for ages 5+. Attendees are encouraged to bring a mat and water.

SouthWest Transit Information Sessions

SouthWest Transit is hosting information and orientation sessions to help customers get more familiar with its services including express and local bus routes, on-demand rides, special event shuttles and the new 686 Route along the I-494 corridor.

Session 1: 5 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 7 at Eden Prairie SouthWest Station (13500 Technology Drive)

Session 2: 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 10 at Chanhassen SouthWest Village (650 Southwest Village Drive)

Park Clean-Up Event Results

Thanks to our incredible volunteers, the 2025 Park Clean-Up Event was a huge success! Over the course of the week, 435 volunteers from 43 groups cleaned up 29 Eden Prairie parks. Thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves and made it happen!

MnDOT Highway 212 and Highway 5 Road Project

Later this year, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) will repair concrete, pave the shoulders and update existing guardrail on Highway 212 and Highway 5 between Eden Prairie Road and I-494 in Eden Prairie. Motorists can expect ramp, shoulder and lane closures during construction. Attend a virtual public meeting from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 14 to learn more, and visit the project webpage for details.

Call for Artists: Rotating Art Series

The City invites innovative artists to apply for its Rotating Art Series. Installations, some of which are temporary, are intended to infuse art into the daily lives of residents and visitors in Eden Prairie, and to engage the community in discussions about the value of art in defining a sense of place. Women's One Acts+

The Eden Prairie Players Women's One Acts+ is a collection of short plays written and directed by women and those with gender-diverse backgrounds, and selected with a mature audience in mind. Performances begin next weekend, visit EdenPrairiePlayers.com for tickets and more information.

2025 State of the County Address

Hennepin County Board Chair Irene Fernando will present the 2025 State of the County at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 8. Join the virtual meeting.
