The Master Water Stewards program is accepting applications from individuals interested in learning how to improve water quality in lakes, creeks and other freshwater resources.
Get certified as a Master Water Steward and join the almost 200 stewards in the Twin Cities who are already achieving impressive results by educating others and spearheading local environmental projects.
The certification process consists of 12 in-person classes from October 2017 through April 2018. The enrollment fee of $200 covers courses and field trips. Scholarships may be available.
Qualified applicants must live in a participating district and attend an information session.
