The proposed 2026 City budget focuses on fiscal responsibility and maintaining the high level of services Eden Prairie residents expect.

Proposed budget increases address key community priorities, including enhanced public safety services and staffing, and investments in technology and facilities. More than 80% of budget increases pay for public safety initiatives, and about 70% of the total City budget accounts for employee wages and benefits.
