Youth Citizens Academy
This new Police Department program is an opportunity for high school students ages 14–19 to get a behind-the-scenes look at the EPPD and learn more about what police officers do. Hometown Celebration Volunteers Needed
Be part of the team that makes Sparklefest and the 4th of July Hometown Celebration fun and memorable events for our community. Danfoss Comprehensive Plan Amendment (2025-02) — Amendment to Comprehensive Plan for approximately 57 acres currently owned by Danfoss Energy Solutions, reguiding the property from Industrial Flex Tech and Office to Mixed Use.
Parkinson's Resource Fair
Grow your knowledge of support, classes and services for those with Parkinson’s from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 11 at the Community Center. Open to individuals with Parkinson’s, their friends and family, and the community. Learn more and sign up.
Taste of the Prairie
Join the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce at its Taste of Eden Prairie event from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 12 at Fat Pants Brewing Co. The event will showcase food and beverages from several local restaurants and vendors. Tickets include unlimited food, live music, games and activities, and are available for $35 pre-sale or $45 at the the door. Learn more and purchase tickets.
Planting for Clean Water on Shorelines Workshop
Learn how to protect water quality near shoreline properties at this workshop from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 17 at the Community Center. Attendees will get information about shoreline site assessments, types of shoreline projects, plant selection tips and regulatory reminders, with an opportunity to ask site-specific questions and get expert advice. Free for residents of Nine Mile Creek Watershed District and Riley Purgatory Bluff Creek Watershed District. Learn more and register.
Eden Prairie Players Summer Musical
Eden Prairie Players presents "Brigadoon," a live outdoor summer musical at Staring Lake Amphitheatre beginning Friday, June 20. The performances are free, but donations are accepted. Shows are scheduled at 7 p.m. June 20–22 and June 26–29. Additional parking available across Pioneer Trail at Flying Cloud Fields with a complimentary shuttle bus.
Community Drop-Off Day
Get rid of unwanted items you can't throw in the trash or recycling bin 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 21 at Hennepin Technical College (13100 College View Drive). The event is free and open to Eden Prairie residents only with valid ID for proof of residency. Appliances and electronics are not accepted at this event; learn more at edenprairie.org/DropOffDay.
