General Election Results
Preliminary results show 80 percent of registered voters participated in the 2018 General Election in Eden Prairie. In the City Council races, voters elected Ron Case as mayor, and Kathy Nelson and Mark Freiberg to the City Council. The Council will fill the seat vacated by Ron Case in early 2019.

City offices are closed Monday, Nov. 12, in observance of Veterans Day.
Staff News
The City recently welcomed Morgan Grinols as a utilities water plant operator. Before joining the City, Morgan worked for the City of Bloomington. He earned an associate's degree in water environment technologies from St. Cloud Technical Community College.
The City also recently welcomed Corey Whiteford as a facilities engineer. Before joining the City, Corey worked for Entegris. He earned a two-year degree in HVAC and bachelor's degree in operations management.
