To start or stop water and sewer service, submit a start/stop service request within a day or two of closing.

Water and sewer utility bills can be paid online or automatically through savings and checking accounts through EP Bill Pay.

The automated payment system is available 24/7 and accepts credit card and e-check payments. To make a payment, call 952-949-8382 and select option 1. Make sure to include leading zeros when prompted to enter your customer and account number.
