Project Summary

The City has completed the final design phase of a project to improve Dell Road from Crestwood Terrace south to Flying Cloud Drive. 

The project is expected to include construction of curb and gutter, an 8-foot paved trail, storm sewer improvements, retaining walls, a new culvert carrying Riley Creek under Dell Road and sanitary sewer and water main. The project will be funded with state aid, special assessments and local utility funds. 

Timeline

Construction is expected to start in early 2026.
