The City of Eden Prairie offers a home repair program for seniors.

If you are age 60 or older and you own and live in a home in Eden Prairie that needs repairs, you may be eligible for a forgivable loan of up to $7,500. After three years, the loan is forgiven.

Eligible repairs include:

Water heaters
Furnace, central air
Accessibility upgrades — grab bars and handrails
