*Non-residents may qualify for resident rates if current proof of employment clearly shows the office location is in Eden Prairie. The individual employed in Eden Prairie must be on the membership in order for the membership to qualify for the resident rate.

Membership Category Definitions

Resident
Any individual living or working in the City of Eden Prairie, proof of residency during registration is required. Copy of pay stub with company address is required within one business day to receive resident rates to CommunityCenter@edenprairiemn.gov.

Youth
Any individual 18 years of age and younger

Adult
Any individual 19 years of age and older

Dual
Any two adults or adult and youth residing at the same address

Dual Plus One
Any two adults plus one youth or one adult and two youth residing at the same address

Household
Any two adults and a minimum of two youths, ages 18 or younger, residing at the same address

Senior
Any individual 62 years of age and older

Senior Dual
Any one senior (62 or older) and one additional member (55 or older) residing at the same address

There is a maximum of two adults (19 years or older) on any membership, with the exception of an adult dependent or student up to age 22, with proof of full-time enrollment provided within one business day to CommunityCenter@edenprairiemn.gov. Nannies, au pairs and foreign exchange students cannot be included on a dual, dual plus one or household membership.

Membership Changes and Cancellation

Membership Category Adjustment
A one-time fee of $10 is assessed when changing membership categories. Members must provide written notification of a change that qualifies for a membership category adjustment by day 25 of a given month for the change to be effective the following month.

Membership Cancellation
Members must provide written notification of cancellation of membership by day 25 of a given month for the change to be effective the following month. Cancellations submitted between day 26 and the end of the month can opt into a $30 late cancellation fee to be effective the following month.
