Stretch Studio

Stretch Studio is assisted dynamic stretching.

Each client works one-on-one with a stretch specialist who leads you through a series of intentional stretches and flexibility training.

The specialist advises you when to contract and relax your muscles for maximum stretching benefit. Stretches are customized to each client’s needs and goals.

How to Sign Up

Stretch Studio clients should start by completing and submitting a program packet.

The packet includes questions to help the stretch specialist design a series of stretches specific to each client based on their needs and goals. Submit your completed packet and payment at the Community Center front desk. A stretch specialist will contact you to schedule the first session.

For the first session, you should wear clothing you are comfortable moving in, including a short- or long-sleeved shirt and socks. Socks are required and if you do not have socks, we have some available for purchase. Note that the Stretch Studio utilizes hands-on techniques to stretch the client’s muscles.
