After years of playing soccer and battling with overuse injuries and weight management, Alisa sought out a more balanced and sustainable lifestyle. She started practicing yoga, which led her to obtain her 200-hour yoga teacher certification. Not long afterwards, Alisa graduated from physical therapy school as a physical therapist assistant.

With her background in physical therapy and assisted dynamic stretching, any Stretch Studio client can benefit from Alisa’s expertise. She continues to build on her passion for life-long learning while helping others advance their own personal growth and overall well-being, especially in her roles as a physical therapy assistant and stretch specialist.
